Daniel Brennan's twenty-year-long employment with GTE Government Systems Corporation ("GTE") ended in March 1993 when he was terminated as part of a reduction in force. Brennan, who was fifty years old at the time of his termination, brought suit claiming that he was discharged as a result of age discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634 ("ADEA"), and Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 151B...
