After many months of separation, plaintiff Todd Pfeiffer ("father") filed a Complaint for divorce against defendant Sharon Ilson ("mother"), on March 30, 1998. On April 30, 1998, the parties entered into a Consent Order which, among other things, designated the mother as the primary caretaker of the parties' two children, ages four and eight. On July 28, 1998, the mother filed an Order to Show Cause ("OTSC") why the mother should not be permitted...
