Harris County, Texas, appeals from a judgment upon a jury verdict for appellees for money damages arising from an automobile accident involving a deputy constable and appellees. In two points of error, appellant contends (1) the trial court erred in entering judgment against appellant contrary to the jury's findings, and (2) there was no evidence to support the entry of judgment against appellant.
