Appellant Billie Cardwell sued appellee Fran Sicola-Cardwell, Independent Executrix of the Estate of Horace Cardwell ("the Estate"), to enforce a spousal support provision contained in an agreement between Horace and Billie Cardwell incident to their divorce and incorporated into their final divorce decree.
