HOLCOMB, Justice.

Charles Bryant Tidmore ("Appellant"), who was charged with the offense of murder, was acquitted of that crime by the jury, but was convicted of voluntary manslaughter. The jury assessed his punishment at twenty years' imprisonment. Based upon complaints of improper jury instruction, legal and factual insufficiency, erroneous exclusion of witness testimony, failure to grant a mistrial and a motion for new trial, Appellant brings this appeal.
