¶ 1 Jim & Tracy's Alignment, Inc., brought this action in the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellowstone County, to collect a bill for repairs on Keith Smith's pickup truck. The action was dismissed on Jim & Tracy's motion after the repair bill was paid. Smith appeals. We affirm.
