BRYNER, Justice.

Jesse A. Reeves worked sixty weeks for Piquniq Management Company at an annual salary of $57,876. He worked a two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off schedule and averaged ninety-eight-hour weeks while on the job, but received no overtime pay. Reeves sued PMC for overtime wages and won.
