In this medical malpractice suit, appellants, Mark and Melanie Stolle, seek damages from appellees, doctors and hospitals, for appellees' negligent disregard of appellants' instructions not to use "heroic efforts" or artificial means to prolong the life of their child who was born with brain damage. They allege that such negligence resulted in further brain damage to the child, prolonged the child's life...
