Plaintiff, Yosefa Alomang, appeals a judgment dismissing her purported class action claim pursuant to the defendants' (Freeport-McMoRan Inc. and Freeport-McMoran Copper and Gold Inc.) exception of lack of subject matter jurisdiction and exception of venue. Other exceptions filed by the defendants were declared moot.
