QUINN, Justice.

George Dewey Brown, III appeals from a judgment convicting him of aggravated kidnapping. Raising two points of error, he contends that the trial court erred in 1) admitting, during the guilt innocence phase of the trial, evidence of "extraneous acts which were not relevant to the allegations in the indictment" and 2) permitting the prosecutor to compare "appellant to various heinous criminals" and make "other, improper appeals to the jury."
