Defendant, Teresa Tipton, appeals from the district court's order requiring certain funds taken from her at the time of her arrest to be applied to the payment of restitution and costs. We affirm.

At the time of her arrest for an incident upon which charges of assault, forgery, criminal impersonation, and attempted theft were later filed, defendant was in possession of some $1,180 in cash. This sum was taken from her, and it remained...
