Patsy Olvera is the recorder of deeds of Lafayette County, Missouri. A petition in the nature of quo warranto was filed seeking her ouster from office. The trial court found that there was no genuine issue of material fact and entered summary judgment that Olvera had forfeited her right to hold the office of recorder of deeds.
