No. 97-3622.

708 So.2d 976 (1998)

FEDERAL INSURANCE COMPANY, Petitioner, v. Doris HALL, Respondent.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

March 18, 1998.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Walton Lantaff Schroeder & Carson and John P. Joy and Kenneth L. Valentini, Miami, for petitioner.

Maldonado & Fernandez and Norman W. Edwards, Maimi, for respondent.

Before GERSTEN, SHEVIN and SORONDO, JJ.

Rosemont...
