This appeal arises from a business transaction between Moped Traveland, Inc. and Deere and Company. In March 1991, Deere financed Traveland's purchase of motor homes from Monaco, a manufacturer of recreational vehicles. Traveland defaulted on repayment of the loan on one of the vehicles, number 18053, and Deere filed suit against Traveland, James T.
