Appellant, Johnnie Hogan, appeals from his sentence to life imprisonment with a three-year mandatory minimum for second degree murder with a firearm and a concurrent sentence of fifteen years in prison for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The sole issue raised by appellant in this appeal is whether the trial court erred in departing from the sentencing guidelines by imposing a life sentence for appellant's conviction of second degree murder...
