This suit was filed on behalf of Mr. Evald Beckstrom against his stockbroker, Steve Parnell, and his employer, Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc. (Morgan Keegan), for violations of the Louisiana Securities Laws, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty.
