Northwest Park Homeowners Association, Inc. (Northwest) appeals from a judgment, upon a non-jury trial, that Northwest take nothing on its action against Warner M. Brundrett (Brundrett) to recover maintenance assessments pursuant to a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (Declaration) for Northwest.
