OPINION

YANEZ, Justice.

Jesse Castro was charged with the offense of driving while intoxicated1 by an information filed on August 27, 1996. After pleading not guilty, he was accorded a jury trial which resulted in a guilty verdict. By two points of error, appellant challenges the jurisdiction of the trial court to render judgment because of alleged jurisdictional defects in the charging instrument. We affirm.
