This court consolidated three cases due to the similarity of the underlying facts and circumstances.

On February 16, 1993, Tracy O. Guerin ("Tracy") filed a complaint for divorce in Clark County District Court after more than fifteen years of marriage to Harold D. Guerin ("Harold").
