[¶ 1] Adrien Morin appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Aroostook County, Archibald, A.R.J.) denying his request for relief pursuant to the Maine Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, 14 M.R.S.A. §§ 3571-3582 (Supp.1997).
