PER CURIAM.

Appellant, having waived an indictment pursuant to a plea bargain agreement entered a plea of guilty to an information charging her with the offense of attempted murder. Adjudication of guilt was deferred, and she was placed on probation for a period of eight years. The plea and order of deferred adjudication was before a magistrate on May 21, 1993.
