Flamand, Butte-Silver Bow Law Enforcement Agency, City of Butte and County of Silver Bow's (collectively Respondents') motion for summary judgment. Doris asserts that Respondents acted negligently during a police confrontation which occurred in 1984 and resulted in the shooting death of Doris' husband...
