Two issues are before us in this wrongful discharge and unlawful employment practice case. (1) We hold that the trial court committed reversible error by excluding a witness' testimony that would have supported defendant's theory of its reason for terminating plaintiff's employment and affected the jury's assessment of plaintiff's credibility.
