Plaintiff, Ruth Sonja Krivitskie, filed a two-count complaint against defendant, Brandon W. Cramlett. Plaintiff sought to recover for injuries and property damage suffered in an automobile accident in which defendant's vehicle collided with hers. Count I alleged negligence and count II alleged willful and wanton misconduct. Defendant moved to dismiss count II, pursuant to section 2-615 of the Code of Civil Procedure...
