HOLLAND, Justice:

Edith Brower ("Brower"), as guardian ad litem for Shayne Townsend ("Shayne"), appeals from a final order of judgment entered pursuant to Superior Court Civil Rule 54(b) in favor of the defendant-appellee, Metal Industries, Inc. ("Metal Industries"). The complaint was filed against several defendants on behalf of Shayne alleging negligence, breach of warranties, and strict product liability.
