This is the third time this case has been before this Court. The issue now concerns postjudgment interest.

Daisey L. Johnson's action against the Life Insurance Company of Georgia resulted in a jury verdict awarding Ms. Johnson $250,000 in compensatory damages and $15 million in punitive damages.
