RICKHOFF, Justice.

Charles A. Brown appeals a judgment finding that he violated two rules of professional conduct, suspending him from the practice of law, and ordering him to pay attorney fees to the Commission for Lawyer Discipline. In five points of error, he argues that the evidence is factually and legally insufficient to sustain the findings that he violated the rules, that the rules are unconstitutionally vague, that the court held him responsible...
