OPINION

DICKENSON, Justice.

The jury convicted Matthew Stokes of a "Class A" misdemeanor offense, possession of more than two ounces of marihuana.2 The judge assessed the punishment3 and sentenced appellant to confinement for 20 days and a fine of $200. We affirm the conviction.
