[¶ 1] Central Maine Moving and Storage Co. and Raymond J. Lynch, Jr. (collectively "the Company") appeal from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Marsano, J.) following a jury verdict in John Niedojadlo's favor on his claims for breach of contract and fraud.
