Appellant, Moises Molina, pleaded not guilty before a jury to the offense of aggravated sexual assault. He was convicted, and the trial judge assessed punishment, enhanced, at 60 years imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, and a $10,000 fine.
