OPINION

CANTRELL, Judge.

The issue in this appeal is whether the Tennessee Civil Service Commission abused its discretion when it dismissed the appellant's Step V grievance because he failed to furnish the documentation required for the hearing in a timely fashion. The Chancery Court of Davidson County dismissed the petition to review the Commission's action. We affirm.
