This is a sentence review. Alfredo G. Castro, Jr. was charged with burglary, I.C. § 18-1401; aggravated assault, I.C. §§ 18-901 and -905(b); and grand theft, I.C. §§ 18-2403(1) and -2407(1)(b). Pursuant to a plea agreement, Castro pled guilty to burglary and grand theft, and the state dismissed the aggravated assault charge. The district court sentenced Castro to the maximum term of confinement for both crimes, fourteen years...
