On November 4, 1991, the appellant, Charles Hal McKewen, pled guilty to two counts of robbery in the second degree. The trial court sentenced him to 15 years in prison on each count. It then suspended the sentences and ordered him to serve three years in prison and the remainder on probation. On June 26, 1998, the trial court revoked the appellant's probation.
