In this matter, a minor seeks to invoke the original jurisdiction of this Court through a petition for a writ of certiorari addressed to the Family Court's denial of a petition to terminate the parental rights of the minor's mother. We find that any defect in the minor's standing to pursue this petition is cured by the appointment of a Guardian ad Litem and, due to the irregularities in the Family Court...
