Appellant was charged and convicted of robbery with a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and attempted carjacking with a firearm. Charged also with attempted first degree murder, he was convicted of attempted second degree murder. He contends (1) that a remark made by the prosecutor in closing argument was so prejudicial as to warrant reversal, and (2) that the trial court improperly added 18 points to the scoresheet...
