NATURE OF THE PROCEEDINGS

This matter came before the court on plaintiffs' motion for partial summary judgment. Plaintiffs seek judgment on the issue of liability, arguing that defendant Mathias breached duties arising from her position as conservator for Irona B. Wessinger.
