Larry O. McCrary appeals his convictions of first degree robbery and armed criminal action. Mr. McCrary alleges that his right to equal protection was violated when the judge overruled his objections to the State's use of peremptory challenges to remove all African-Americans from the jury. Mr. McCrary also argues that the trial court erred in submitting exhibits to the jury without explaining that they were in substitution for other material...
