WRIGHT, Justice.

Krissi Lynn Caldwell appeals her conviction for solicitation of capital murder. After finding appellant guilty, the jury assessed punishment at confinement for life. In two points of error, appellant contends: (1) the trial court lacked jurisdiction because the indictment fails to allege an offense; and (2) the trial court erred by overruling her objection to the jury charge.
