L.R. appeals his conviction for the offense of possession of less than 28 grams of cocaine in violation of the Texas Controlled Substances Act. In one point of error, L.R. challenges the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress, arguing the cocaine was obtained pursuant to an illegal search and seizure under Article I, section 9 of the Texas Constitution.
