Ranta challenges the decisions and judgments of the Sentence Review Division of the Montana Supreme Court affirming and increasing his sentences in cause numbers DC 94-639, DC 94-543, and DC 95-278 as unconstitutional on the grounds that the State failed to appoint counsel to represent him in his sentence review.
