Appellant Charles Sims brings this appeal and raises one point for reversal. After a mistrial and prior to a second trial, Sims entered a conditional plea of guilty under Ark. R.Crim. P. 24.3(b). In doing so, he reserved the right to challenge on appeal the trial court's ruling denying his motion to suppress an ounce of crystal methamphetamine found as a result of a search of his residence.
