STATE of Washington, Appellant, v. David Wayne GRANACKI, Respondent.

Court of Appeals of Washington, Division 1.

March 30, 1998.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Amy J. Freedheim, Seattle, for Appellant.

Debra S. Redford, Soc of Cnsl Rep Accused, Seattle, for Respondent.
