The Arrowhead Lake Community Association (Association) appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County, which directed the Association to hold a special meeting of the Association's membership and assessed counsel fees against the Association. Also before us is the application of the Appellee, John Donohue, for counsel fees and costs pursuant to Pa. R.A.P. 2744.
