Sidney Wusthoff appeals a judgment which maintains an exception of no cause of action as to his wrongful discharge claim.1

Wusthoff, a valet who parked cars, sued his employer, Bally's Casino Lakeshore Resort, Inc., and Richard Cook, Bally's general manager.
