In this criminal case, defendant was charged with sodomy and sexual abuse, based on allegations that he had unlawful sexual contact with his girlfriend's eight-year-old daughter. The trial court granted defendant's pretrial motion to suppress certain statements that he made to two Lake Oswego detectives during a police interview.
