OPINION

PER CURIAM:

After sustaining catastrophic injuries while operating a Yamaha four-wheel all-terrain vehicle, Beth Arnoult filed suit against Yamaha Motor Company, U.S.A., on theories of strict products liability and negligence. The trial jury awarded Arnoult $3,600,000 in damages, and the district court awarded attorney's fees under NRCP 68. Yamaha appeals.

We affirm the judgment with the exception of one component of the damage award...
