Hollis Glen Belcher, appellant, was convicted of the state jail felony offense of criminal nonsupport. Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 25.05 (West 1994). He received a sentence of two years' confinement, probated for four years, and a fine. As a condition of community supervision, the trial court required appellant to perform community service and to make restitution of the delinquent child support.
