This is an action under ORS 659.425(1) (1995), which prohibits discrimination, based on disability, with respect to hiring, firing, and other "terms, conditions and privileges" of employment.1 Plaintiff, who is HIV-positive, filed this action against her former employers, alleging that defendants2 had violated ORS 659.425(1) by telling her that a customer had complained about her HIV condition...
