(Employer) appeals from a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) finding that Ingrid Williams (Claimant) was eligible for unemployment compensation benefits under Section 402(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law)1 because she left her employment for a necessitous and compelling reason.
