This case arises from criminal charges filed against the appellees because of their alleged failure to comply with provisions of article X, section 16, Florida Constitution, which places limitations on marine net fishing.1 The county court granted appellees' motion to dismiss, finding article X, sections 16(b)(1), (b)(2), (c)(1), (c)(3), and (c)(5) unconstitutionally vague.
